These terms and conditions apply to every order placed on www.stylrik.com. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by STYLRIK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17490999, with its registered office at 722a Eastern Avenue, Ilford, IG2 6PE, United Kingdom ("Stylrik", "we", "us"). 2. Our products

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and printed patterns may sit slightly differently on each garment. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: standard UK delivery is free and there are no additional charges. Payment is taken when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before accepting your order and you may choose to cancel.

4. Your order and our contract

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do so after taking payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery times and details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Items become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Your right to cancel and return

You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, or your proof of return if sooner.

7. Faulty items

We are legally required to supply products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, please contact us and we will offer a refund, repair or replacement in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to STYLRIK LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Privacy

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on this page when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
