Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely when you place your order.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is hosted by Shopify and every payment is encrypted. We never see or store your full card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and save your details for next time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email support@stylrik.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, you can return the item under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day are processed from that day. They are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 3 to 8 working days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
How can I track my order?
We email you tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you would like to return an item, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items should be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Email support@stylrik.com with your order number and we will send you our returns address and instructions.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you would like.
Sizing and fit
How do the dresses fit?
Our maxi dresses have a relaxed, straight, full-length silhouette with long sleeves. They are available in sizes S, M, L and XL.
I am between sizes. Which should I choose?
Choose the smaller size for a neater fit or the larger size for a looser drape. Our Size Guide lists the measurements for each size.
Product care
How should I care for my dress?
Always follow the care label inside your garment. Our Garment Care page has tips to keep prints looking their best.
